SRQ Cured produces artisan Charcuterie items in the true European tradtions, as well as Smoked Fish & Seafood
products.  Owned and operated by reviewed 4-Star Chef Frank Imbarlina. We proudly sell to a number of food service establishments and markets on the Gulf Coast including Sarasota's own Morton's Gourmet Market and Tamiami Tap.
